Decision in Bush Dismissal case

On September 23, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia held that CLC lacked organizational standing and dismissed CLC’s action challenging the FEC’s dismissal of its administrative complaint against Right to Rise and the 2016 Bush campaign.
