Court Ordered Settlement Agreement

On March 9, 2026, less than five weeks after the case was filed, the parties reached a settlement agreement. The settlement agreement requires that the secretary produce the late reports by June 1, 2026, implement changes and improvements to ensure timely compliance for future reports, and regularly provide status reports to petitioners from the date of this agreement to March 1, 2027, when the next jail voting report will be due.
