CLC Testimony in Support of Maryland HB 568

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) submitted testimony in support of HB 568 in Maryland, a bill which would expand the state’s small-dollar donor matching funds public financing program to include state legislative races. As CLC’s testimony explained, public financing programs expand citizen participation in elections, make elections more competitive, and reduce corruption.
