CLC Letter in Support of Hawaii Senate Bill 2381

On March 13, 2024, Campaign Legal Center submitted a statement to the Hawaii House Committee on Judiciary & Hawaiian Affairs in support of Senate Bill 2381, which establishes a new comprehensive public financing program for Hawaii state and county candidates. Our comments provide recommendations for strengthening the proposed public financing program and urge the Committee to support the bill.
