CLC Files Ethics Complaint with Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General Regarding Possible Criminal Ethics Violations by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Campaign Legal Center filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) to investigate income reported by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s spouse, Cheryl Hines. Recent financial disclosure reports indicate that Hines’ production company, Youngster Productions, received income in the form of consulting fees from an outside organization, MAHA Action. Secretary Kennedy’s work as a government employee may have directly benefited Hines’ contract with MAHA Action. An HHS OIG investigation is needed to uncover the full extent of Hines’ contract with MAHA Action and whether Secretary Kennedy’s government work financially benefited both him and his spouse.
