CLC Files Complaint with Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General Regarding its Former General Counsel Michael Stuart

Campaign Legal Center filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Inspector General to investigate former HHS General Counsel Michael Stuart’s failure to divest and purchasing of prohibited financial interests while serving as general counsel, in violation of his ethics agreement and federal ethics laws.
