CLC, D21 Comments on Advisory Opinion Request 2017-04

CLC and Democracy 21 filed comments with the FEC about an advisory opinion request. A New York City officeholder, Rory Lancman, is seeking to avoid enforcement of the FEC's longstanding soft money rules. CLC is asking that the request be denied.
