CLC Comments Regarding Minnesota Digital Ad Disclaimer Rulemaking

On Nov. 6, 2024, Campaign Legal Center submitted comments to the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board explaining the importance of on-ad disclaimers under the First Amendment and urging the Board to revise a section of the proposed regulations outlining when on-ad disclaimers may be omitted from digital political ads.
