CLC Comments to Philadelphia Board of Ethics in Support of Strengthened Coordination Regulations

On March 19, Campaign Legal Center submitted written testimony to the Philadelphia Board of Ethics in support of proposed amendments to strengthen the Board’s coordination regulations. Our comments emphasize the importance of strong coordination rules for curbing quid pro quo corruption, and recommend amendments to clarify the proposed rules and to regulate additional forms of covert coordination.
