CLC Comments to House Ethics Committee Working Group

Campaign Legal Center (“CLC”) provided comments to a U.S. House Committee on Ethics working group seeking “recommendations to improve, clarify, and modernize the Committee’s guidance regarding campaign activity by House members, officers, and employees.” CLC recommended modernizing the transparency of the Committee’s prior applications and enforcement of campaign activity guidance.
