CLC and OpenSecrets v. FEC (Cromnibus petition) — Motion for Summary Judgment Reply/Response to FEC’s Motion for Summary Judgment

On May 30, 2024, CLC and OpenSecrets filed a joint Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Reply in Support of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment in their case challenging the FEC’s unreasonable delay on their 2019 rulemaking petition seeking disclosure rules for national party special-purpose “Cromnibus” accounts.
