Bureau of Prisons Responds to CLC, LWV Letter

On September 15, 2022, the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) responded to Campaign Legal Center and League of Women Voters re-affirming their stance that the agency interprets the Hatch Act to prohibit BOP staff from providing of candidate information to incarcerated individuals.
