Amicus Brief in Support of Plaintiffs in League of Women Voters v. Trump (District Court)

Campaign Legal Center and Democracy Defenders Fund filed a friend of the court brief on behalf of League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC); Secure Families Initiative (SFI); Arizona Students’ Association (ASA); the City of Madison, Wisconsin; Travis County, Texas; and Travis County Clerk Dyana Limon-Mercado to urge the district court in League of Women Voters v. Trump to block the Second Executive Order on Voting.
