Amicus Brief by Secure Families Initiative in the Eastern District of North Carolina

On behalf of Secure Families Initiative, CLC and Milberg sought leave to file an amicus brief in the Eastern District of North Carolina in support of injunctive relief for eligible North Carolinians serving in the armed forces and their families posted overseas to ensure their ballots cast for the 2024 general election will be counted.
