Amicus Brief by Secure Families Initiative and Count Every Hero in the North Carolina Court of Appeals

On behalf of Secure Families Initiative and Count Every Hero, CLC and Milberg sought leave to file an amicus brief in the North Carolina Court of Appeals to defend against an attempt to change the results of an election by disenfranchising eligible voters, including North Carolinians serving in the armed forces and their families posted overseas.
