Amicus Brief in Safe Affordable Georgia v. Chairman of the State Ethics Commission, et al.

On April 9, 2026, Campaign Legal Center filed an amicus brief with the 11th Circuit in Safe Affordable Georgia v. Chairman of the State Ethics Commission to argue that the Court of Appeals should not exempt the committee of a 2026 candidate for governor of Georgia from the state contribution limits and instead should affirm the lower court’s decision denying the committee this relief.
