On September 18, 2024, San Carlos Apache Tribe, LUCHA, LULAC, Mi Familia Vota, ACLU of Arizona, and CLC filed an amicus brief urging the Arizona Supreme Court to address the nearly 100,000 Arizonans at risk of losing their right to vote in state and local elections for the 2024 Election due to the state's late-discovered database error. The amicus brief urges the Arizona Supreme Court to allow these voters to cast full ballots for the 2024 Election.
