Amicus Brief Filed in DNC v. Trump

On April 3, 2025, Campaign Legal Center filed an amicus brief in Democratic National Committee (DNC), et al. v. Trump, et al., supporting the DNC in its challenge to President Trump's executive order that purported to exert presidential control over independent agencies, including the Federal Election Commission.
