Alabama Coalition for Immigrant Justice et al. v. Allen et al. — Complaint

Alabama Coalition for Immigrant Justice, the Alabama NAACP, and the League of Women Voters of Alabama filed a lawsuit alleging that Secretary of State Wes Allen’s voter purge program, which targets naturalized U.S. citizens and communities of color, violates federal law, including the Voting Rights Act, the National Voter Registration Act, and the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
