Abbott v. Perez: U.S. Supreme Court - Amicus Brief of CLC and other parties

CLC filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in Perez v. Abbott, on appeal from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. CLC joined the Lawyer's Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund.
