Defending Vote by Mail from the Trump Administration’s Unconstitutional Executive Overreach (LULAC, et al. v. Executive Office of the President)

In June, USPS published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that would overhaul how it handles federal absentee ballot mail. In that notice, USPS invited public comments on the rule. CLC filed a FOIA request for all comments received in response, but USPS failed to respond to the FOIA within the statutory timeframe. The complaint seeks to require USPS to comply with FOIA and produce the records requested.
