On August 3, 2026, Campaign Legal Center’s founder and president, Trevor Potter, submitted an amicus brief on behalf of 56 former judges, urging the Supreme Court to deny the Administration’s application for a stay of the District of Massachusetts’s injunction of the Executive Order.
