Today, the United States Supreme Court met to discuss our case challenging gerrymandering in North Carolina. We’re waiting for them to decide whether they will hear oral arguments for our case, as well as one out of Maryland.
So, while the Court was discussing the threat that gerrymandering poses to democracy, behind closed doors – Paul Smith, CLC, vice president, litigation & strategy, was on Facebook Live discussing what’s at stake in the case.
