In the weeks and days leading up to the 2018 election, Campaign Legal Center (CLC) lawyers were on the ground in several states working to make sure eligible voters were able to cast their ballot. Our working involved both emergency litigation in several states and successful advocacy outside the courtroom.
In some cases, we won big. In others, the battle continues into 2020, as we fight in courtrooms to make sure these laws that make it harder to vote no longer stand.
