Prior to joining CLC, she worked as a Program Manager for the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI), where she designed, expanded and managed ABA ROLI’s grants promoting the rule of law and human rights among legal communities and civil society in Asia. Through previous positions with the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs and Public Citizen, Sehar developed experience managing and implementing grants on issues ranging from political participation and election monitoring to state and local governance.
Sehar earned her M.A. in Political Science from American University and her B.A. in Political Science from the George Washington University.
