
Misgana Ketema
Misgana Ketema works directly within CLC’s development team, providing administrative, operational, and analytical support to manage and improve the team’s fundraising efforts and donor relationships.

Prior to joining CLC, Misgana worked within USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) through Credence LLC, where she supported the contract team by overseeing administrative processes for a portfolio of more than 250 contracts. She facilitated contract modifications, ensured compliance with federal regulations, and coordinated with internal stakeholders to streamline operations. Her experience in public health policy, data analytics, and program coordination has strengthened her ability to support large-scale initiatives and optimize organizational efficiency.
Misgana graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences and Public Health and is currently a Master’s Degree Candidate at The George Washington University’s School of Public Health, focusing on Global Health Policy and Systems.
