Kate Resta
Kate manages and strengthens the relationships CLC holds with its individual donors, connecting them to the essential work that the organization does every day.
Kate has over 15 years of experience in the philanthropy sector, including expertise in major gifts strategy and institutional giving. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Development with Run for Something, where she led fundraising efforts that achieved the organization's three largest years of revenue. She has a passion for supporting strong representative democracies, which she developed during her time at Indivisible Project and the National Endowment for Democracy.
Kate received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. She joined CLC in 2025.
