Carolyn Carter is a highly skilled Executive Assistant with experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors. She has provided executive-level support at several organizations, including the Pew Research Center and the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), where she worked closely with senior leadership, including the Vice President and President. Most recently, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Communications at Pew Research Center, where she managed administrative operations, scheduling, and high-level coordination. Carolyn takes pride in supporting leaders who make an impact and ensuring seamless organizational efficiency.

A graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus, Carolyn holds a bachelor’s degree in History. She joined CLC in March 2025.
