Campaign-finance watchdogs say Obama doesn't "walk the walk" on campaign finance.

Some campaign-finance watchdogs argue Obama has failed to use the tools at his disposal to curb the record amounts of money flowing into American elections. Advocacy groups have called on the president to issue an executive order requiring federal contractors to disclose their campaign spending as one way of improving transparency in politics. That hasn't happened.

"He has talked the talk, but he has failed to walk the walk," said Meredith McGehee of the Campaign Legal Center, which favors more restrictions on political spending.
