Interview: Trevor Potter on Trump Pressuring GA Secretary of State to "Find" Votes

“You have both Georgia law and federal law in play here, and in both cases, you cannot interfere with counting in elections. You cannot attempt to change the tabulation. What is happening here is pressure on an elected official to change election results,” said Trevor Potter, president of Campaign Legal Center and former chairman of the Federal Election Commission. “That is not to say he will wind up being criminally charged. That is a very different thing.”
