“The indications are pretty good all things considered. There were some ways that the laws were not set up to be particularly voter friendly in Pennsylvania, but the rates of rejected ballots and people who tried to cast ballots by mail but couldn’t were significantly lower than prior elections,” said Adav Noti, senior director of trial litigation and chief of staff at Campaign Legal Center. “That was a really good sign because that had been a real source of worry going into the election.”
