Interview: Jonathan Diaz on Texas AG's Lawsuit

“I would expect them to move rather quickly because Monday, December 14, the electors will meet in each of the 50 states and D.C. to cast their electoral votes. And I think that the Supreme Court will want to put an end to Texas’s frankly absurd attempt to subvert the will of the voters long before the electors gather to cast their votes,” said Jonathan Diaz, legal counsel on voting rights at Campaign Legal Center.
