On final day to sign up to vote, Florida’s online registration site crashes

The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, the ACLU of Florida and the Campaign Legal Center sent a letter to Brad McVay, the Department of State’s general counsel, pushing for the state to extend the voter registration deadline until midnight Tuesday.
