What Special Counsel Mueller’s Report Tells Us About Campaign Finance Law and Foreign Interference

This issue brief analyzes how Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report into Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election exposed gaps in both the scope and enforcement of existing campaign finance law.
