United States v. O'Donnell: Plaintiff’s opposition to defendant’s motion to dismiss case

Plaintiff’s submits its brief in opposition to Defendant's motion to dismiss indictment. Plaintiff argues that Defendant's acts were done knowingly and willfully and constitute a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, 2 U.S.C. § 441f and 18 U.S.C. § 1001. Therefore, the motion to dismiss indictment lacks any legal merit.
