Trump v. Bullock: United States District Court for the District of Montana Helena Division - Order Denying Preliminary Injunction and Granting Judgment to Defendants

On Sept. 30, 2020, a district court judge denied a motion from the Trump campaign that tried to prevent Montana Gov. Steve Bullock from allowing counties in the state to hold vote-by-mail elections in November.
