Tommy Ray Mays II, et al. v. Husted: Complaint

Today, CLC filed this complaint on behalf of plaintiffs who have been detained in Ohio jails. Ohio systematically disenfranchises eligible voters who are arrested after the absentee ballot requests deadline and detained through Election Day by refusing to provide these voters with ballot access. This complaint seeks to ensure that those eligible voters can participate in our democracy.
