Tommy Ray Mays II, et al. v. Husted: Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order

Today, CLC filed this emergency motion requesting that the Court issue a temporary restraining order that would allow eligible voters detained in Ohio jails to cast a ballot and that Secretary Husted issue a directive to state election officials.
