Letter to Tennessee Senate State and Local Government Committee in Support of Instant Runoff Voting

CLC sent a letter to the Tennessee state government urging them not to overturn the will of the voters of Memphis on instant runoff voting, which was approved in 2008 by 71 percent of voters for city council elections.
