Letter to FL SOS Byrd and Maria Matthews re: EagleAI

Along with national and Florida-based partners, CLC sent a letter to Florida Secretary of State Cord Byrd, putting the secretary and other Florida officials on notice that using unreliable data from EagleAI to challenge approximately 10,000 voters’ eligibility and the systematic purging of voters from Florida’s rolls would violate federal laws. CLC and partner organizations are demanding that Florida commit to encouraging counties to not perform list maintenance based on unreliable and unreviewed data.
