Letter to FEC on Advisory Opinion

CLC submitted a letter to the Secretary and Clerk of the Federal Election Commission on Advisory Opinion 2017-06. CLC noted that the Commission violated its own rules for ensuring public awareness of its actions, and therefore its vote to approve the opinion was unlawful under the Federal Election Campaign Act.
