IRS: CLC et al. Complaint For Declaratory, Injunctive, and Mandamus Relief

The IRS complaint filed by Campaign Legal Center, Democracy 21, Public Citizen and Representative Chris Van Hollen  for declaratory, injunctive, and mandamus relief. Plaintiffs bring this action under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), 5 U.S.C. §§ 702, 703, 704, and 706(1) & (2)(A), to compel agency action unlawfully withheld and unreasonably delayed, and to set aside agency action that is contrary to law.
