Illinois Liberty PAC v. Madigan: Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction

Plaintiffs bring this Motion for Preliminary Injunction to enjoin the enforcement of certain portions of the Illinois Disclosure and Regulation of Campaign Contribution and Expenditures Act (“the Act”), 10 ILCS 5/9-8.5(a)-(d), because they violate Plaintiffs’ rights to free speech and equal protection of law under the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
