GBM v. Merrill: U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, Northern Division - Opinion

On October 4, 2022, the federal district court in Alabama ruled in favor of Greater Birmingham Ministries, ruling that the state must provide digital copies of records of voters removed from the voter rolls or disqualified because of a felony conviction, and must provide those records at a reasonable cost under the National Voter Registration Act.
