FEC: Van Hollen Petition for Rulemaking To Revise and Amend Regulations Relating to Disclosure of Independent Expenditures

Representative Chris Van Hollen petitions the Federal Election Commission to conduct a rulemaking to revise and amend 11 C.F.R. § 109.10(e)(1)(vi), the regulation relating to disclosure of donations made to persons, including corporations and labor organizations, which make independent expenditures, in order to conform the regulation with the law.
