FEC: Complaint Against RickPerry.org

The Campaign Legal Center and Democracy 21 urge for the Federal Election Commission to investigate Make Us Great Again, Inc., and independent expenditure-only committee, based on information that they made an in-kind contribution to RickPerry.org, Inc., and that RickPerry.org accepted an in-kind contribution from Make Us Great Again, in violation of provisions of the Federal Election Campaign Act ("FECA") and Commission regulations, as interpreted by the Commission.
