FEC: Comments Filed by CLC & Democracy 21 Urging FEC Commissioners to Reject Goodman Political Party Proposal

The Campaign Legal Center joined Democracy 21 in filing comments urging the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to reject a proposal to be offered at the agency’s October 29 meeting by Commissioner Lee Goodman to weaken the Commission’s regulation of political parties, specifically with respect to coordination and “federal election activities.”
