Complaint: CLC Asks OSC to Review Ben Carson's Potential Hatch Act Violation

CLC's Senior Director, Ethics, Walt Shaub, sent a letter today to the Office of the Special Counsel urging them to investigate HUD Secretary Ben Carson for a potential violation of the Hatch Act, for using his official government title during a campaign appearance for President Trump in Phoenix.
