Complaint against AZ Congressional Candidate Debbie Lesko for Violating FECA

On March 1, 2018, CLC filed a complaint against Debbie Lesko, a congressional candidate in Arizona, for violating the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA). Lesko transferred $50,000 from her Arizona state senate campaign committee to fund Conservative Leadership for Arizona, a super PAC that previously had the same treasurer as Lesko’s federal campaign committee. CLC is asking the Federal Election Commission to conduct an investigation to ensure Lesko complies with the FECA.
