CLC v. FEC (Clinton Campaign coordination) - MEMORANDUM OPINION

On December 8, 2022, Judge Boasberg of the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia ruled that the FEC had acted “contrary to law” in dismissing CLC’s complaint alleging coordination between Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the super PAC Correct the Record (CTR), and directed the FEC to take action within 30 days to enforce the applicable federal campaign finance laws in accordance with his order.
